ZUNOA™ Patient Messaging: opt-in, STOP and HELP instructions, message frequency, rates, and emergency guidance.
Last updated: October 5, 2026
Zunoa Patient Messaging
ZUNOA™ Patient Messaging is operated by Zunoa, Inc. for patients at participating emergency departments. Messages are sent by Zunoa and the patient's authorised care team about the patient's visit, not for marketing.
What messages you receive
After you text the station code, you receive a check-in link. Once you agree to text messaging on the check-in page, messages may include wait and care-status updates, messages from your care team, and follow-up if you leave before care is complete.
How to opt in
Scan the QR code at a participating Zunoa station and send the pre-filled station code from your phone. This requests the check-in link. On the check-in page, review the disclosure and select the optional text messaging consent checkbox to receive ongoing visit messages.
You can also check in without texting the station code and choose text messaging on the check-in page. Consent to text messaging is separate from consent to a video evaluation.
Frequency, rates, and delivery
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and get help
Reply STOP to stop text messages. The messaging provider may send an opt-out confirmation. To restart visit messaging, a new consent is required. Reply HELP for messaging help. Support: support@zunoahealth.com.
Not for emergencies
Texting is not an emergency channel. If your symptoms worsen or you need urgent help, tell ED staff immediately or call 911. Do not wait for a text response. Do not text diagnoses, test results, or other sensitive clinical information.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile numbers, messages, and consent records are handled. No mobile information is shared for marketing or promotional purposes. Contact support@zunoahealth.com with questions about this program.
